This Marbella linen/rayon blend has a soft hand and lovely drape. Due to the 3% stretch content this fabric has a lot of stretch, a 10" piece can stretch to 14". 

This fabric is perfect for Dresses, Skirts, or Summer Pants/Capris, or a 3 season Suit.

Manufacturer recommends dry cleaning to preserve the fabric and prevent shrinking.

We tested and it does wash up beautifully but it will shrink on you. If you intend to machine wash and dry prewash the fabric prior to using. It lost 4" from the 44" width and 1" per yard lengthwise in our washing sample.
