Higashi Navy Stretch Cotton Corduroy 42" Must be Prewashed

Stretch cotton corduroy by Higashi. This is a lovely lightweigth corduroy that will make lovely slacks, jackets, or dresses. 

This fabric needs to be handled with care and prewashed to avoid dye bleeding onto other fabrics.
